Creators set their own hours. Offline right now? Tap “Notify me” and we’ll ping you when they’re back. We’ll do the refreshing so you don’t have to.
2 · Top up
Recharge like it's 2006.
Add credits to your Fancall wallet with UPI, card, net banking or a wallet. Pick a quick pack or type your own amount. Referral credits and offers land here too. It sits there until you use it.

Before you top up.
Is Fancall free for fans?
Yes. Signing up, browsing creators, checking their prices and saving favourites are all free. You only pay when you're on a call, at the creator's per-minute rate. Fancall doesn't add any fee on top.
How does a call work?
Tap Call Now on a creator's profile. The app checks their rate and your Wallet balance, then connects you on an audio call. Once the call has started, you can switch to video. Credits are deducted at the start of each connected minute, so you only pay for the time you actually talk.
What if the creator doesn't pick up?
You won't be charged. You only pay for connected minutes. The missed call shows up in both your call logs, so the creator can call you back. If they're offline, tap Notify me and we'll let you know when they're available.
Can I message a creator?
Yes, after a call. Once your call ends, chat opens and stays open for 24 hours, so you can follow up on anything you forgot to ask. You can't message a creator before you've called them.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by our finance team under our refund policy, and the amount goes back to your Wallet. Our support team can raise a request for you.
